Personal Experience

Currently serving as a Legal Assistant at Adibi IP, Kalista advises startups and multinational companies on comprehensive IP strategies to support corporate structuring and long-term business objectives. Her practice encompasses federal and state trademark and copyright matters, conducting due diligence and risk assessments, negotiating coexistence agreements, and managing regulatory responses. She leads client consultations, drafts engagement letters and contracts, and maintains ongoing client relationships while supporting business operations including financial oversight and marketing initiatives. 

Prior to joining Adibi IP, Kalista gained diverse legal experience across multiple jurisdictions, including civil litigation, fintech legal operations, and international energy and corporate law. 

Her background includes advising on complex M&A transactions and joint ventures valued in the billions, conducting comprehensive due diligence for high-value transactions, and serving in governmental legal roles where she participated in legislative drafting and facilitated major investment projects across energy, mining, manufacturing, and technology sectors.

Kalista has recently passed the New York and Indonesian Bar Exam and is pending admission to both jurisdictions.
